Meet Toulouse! This beautiful boy came down with a urethral obstruction which caused him to not be able to urinate for days. After seeing her precious baby in pain for too long, Toulouse’s ‘mom’ couldn’t stand it any longer and knew something had to be done. At the vet, she was forced with the decision of either treating him or putting him down because of the severity of his condition, and she could not afford the cost of the treatment. Luckily, she reached out to FACE who was able to help fund for Toulouse’s surgery.
