Tater

Tater got into a bit of trouble recently while playing outside. Tater wandered into the street and was struck by a car, leaving him with a broken leg and a dislocated foot. Tater’s mom rushed him to a vet where they determined that Tater needed surgery to save his life. Tater’s mom works as a server at a local restaurant to support herself and her three adopted fur babies. Living on a fixed income, the surgery was more then she could afford. Thanks to a generous discount from VCA Mission Animal and Bird Hospital and a grant from FACE Foundation’s Save-A-Life Program, Tater was able to get the surgery he needed. After talking to the owners about the dangers of cats living outside, Tater lives inside where he is safe from traffic.
