Mary Jane J.

This gorgeous Siamese girl is Mary Jane! Mary Jane was not even two years old when she suddenly came down with Pyometra. Pyometra is an infection of the uterus that develops in animals that have not been spayed. At such a young age, sweet Mary Jane was in danger of losing her life if she did not receive emergency surgery to remove her uterus. Mary Jane’s “mom” was laid off only a month before and her boyfriend had just started a new part-time job, she had no funds to give the hospital to save Mary Jane. To make matters worse, her 6 year old Autistic son was very attached to Mary Jane and she feared what would happen if she didn’t find a way to help their beloved furry family member. Luckily, Save-A-Life partner VCA Animal Medical Center of El Cajon referred this family to FACE and because of Life Sponsor Schubach Aviation, we were able to fund Mary Jane’s surgery without a second to spare!
