Kimmi

Meet Kimmi! Kimmi is a 4 year old Lhasa Apso who recently found herself in some serious trouble. Over a period of about 3 days, she stopped eating, became sick, and could not urinate at all. After a trip to the vet, Kimmi was diagnosed with a bladder stone that had to be removed as soon as possible for her to survive. Kimmi’s “mom” is an elderly woman living off of her fixed retirement income, so this unexpected cost was not something she was prepared for. She was able to get some help from family, but it still wasn’t enough to cover the cost of Kimmi’s emergency surgery. In an effort to assist Kimmi, Shadowridge Veterinary Hospital reached out to FACE who fortunately was able to help with this life-saving treatment. Special thanks to FACE Life Sponsor the ASPCA for helping to save Kimmi.
