Kimi

Kimi is a precious 5 year old Shih Tzu who recently had a serious medical issue FACE was able to assist with. She had a severe eye infection that left no other option but for the eye to be removed, or enucleated. Poor Kimi was suffering and was in pain. Her loving ‘parents’ are a military couple with a young baby who unfortunately was born with eye issues that need constant attention as well. They were unable to afford the full cost of Kimi’s treatment, so FACE and Pet Emergency & Specialty Center teamed up to assist. Here is a thoughtful thank you letter and update from Kimi’s ‘mom:’

‘I would like to give a BIG Thank You to the FACE foundation. All the support received for our Kimi, is greatly appreciated. Kimi did great post operation. She will have some new challenges ahead of her, but we will be here to support, guide and continue to love her during this difficult time. Thank you FACE family for everything you have done for our family. It was truly a blessing having found such a great organization that loves pets and considers them part of the family.’

Thank you to our supporters who make saving lives possible.
