Who could resist a face like that! This sweet Dachshund is Iggy, who is the only fur-baby to a small family of three. Iggy’s ‘parents’ live paycheck to paycheck, struggling to make ends meet while taking care of their new baby. One day, they noticed blood in Iggy’s urine, and then suddenly, Iggy couldn’t go to the bathroom at all. They had to take out a loan just to take him to the vet, where they found out that he would need a cystotomy right away. They borrowed money where they could, but didn’t have enough to pay for Iggy’s entire procedure. Luckily, FACE was able to help this family, and now Iggy is back at home taking care of his little ‘sister.’
