Meet Gizmo! Gizmo was playing on the couch with two of his doggy friends when he fell off and began yelping. When his owners noticed him limping and that he was in pain, they took him to the hospital right away. Upon examining him and taking x-rays, they discovered that Gizmo had a terrible femur fracture that needed to be repaired fast if it was to ever be functional again. After borrowing as much as they could, Gizmo’s “parents” were still short on funds for Gizmo’s surgery. Luckily, the staff at Veterinary Specialty Hospital referred them to FACE who was able to help them out with the remaining cost of Gizmo’s leg repair!
