Meet Gialai! This cutie developed pyometra, one of the most common (and expensive!) health issues we see in grantees. Unfortunately her mom was going through a financially straining time with family issues and didn’t have the funds to cover Gialai’s surgery. Without it, her condition would be fatal. Thankfully we were able to work with our wonderful friends at Pet Emergency & Specialty Center to get Gialai the lifesaving surgery she needed and she is now back at home with her loving family!
