Elvis
Elvis, a 9-year-old German Shepherd, is his mom’s constant companion. Just a few months ago, the pair traveled together from Western New York to California, where his mom, Trish, started a new job caring for horses on a farm. Elvis was the one constant in Trish’s life at a time when everything else was changing. But things took a turn for the worst when Elvis was kicked by a horse, shattering one of his leg bones into seven pieces. Fortunately, the FACE Foundation was able to help pay for a much needed surgery. Today, Elvis is thrilled to be back home recovering with his best friend.
