Daechu

Meet Daechu! Daechu is an adorable one year old Maltipoo who experienced some serious medical issues much too soon in life. Daechu had a bad accident last year that left him with a leg fracture. After a first repair of the fracture, Daechu’s leg did not heal correctly and he ended up needing a second procedure to amputate the leg. Because his owner had spent so much money on the first surgery, the entire cost of the second one was not doable for him. A single young man fresh out of college, the part-time work he had wasn’t providing him enough to be able to afford Daechu’s treatment. Thankfully, his hospital referred him to FACE who was able to help fund for the surgery Daechu needed to get back to normal.
