Coo Coo the sweet Pit Bull was perfectly fine one day, then terrible sick the next. She came down with a severe uterine infection called Pyometra. Coo Coo needed emergency surgery right away, otherwise the toxicity build up would continue to develop and she would not make it. Her owners could not afford the entire cost of her care. Her ‘dad’ delivers pizza and her ‘mom’ works at a restaurant. They were able to borrow some money from friends, but did not know what to do beyond that. Luckily, Country Pet Hospital partnered up with FACE to save Coo Coo’s life.
