Chucha

Meet Chucha! This sweet girl was suffering from pyometra, a severe infection of the uterus. She needed emergency surgery to save her life. Chucha’s parents had both had their work hours reduced to part-time due to COVID cutbacks and had spent what little funds they had for her veterinary visits. When they learned that Chucha would need an emergency surgery to save her life, they just did not have the funds to cover the cost of the medical care. Luckily, Chucha’s veterinarian referred the family to FACE and with the support of The Grey Muzzle Organization; FACE was able to help fund Chucha’s life-saving surgery. Now, Chucha is healthy and back home by her loving family’s side.
