Meet Charlie! This handsome Golden Retriever got into some trouble recently when he swallowed a razor. His parents, a military family, rushed him to Pet Emergency Specialty Hospital La Mesa who quickly realized that Charlie was in need of an emergency gastrotomy surgery to save his life. His parents were devastated and started rallying family & friends to fundraise, but they still needed help. That’s when FACE stepped in – after reviewing Charlie’s application, FACE was able to make a pledge toward his emergency surgery. Charlie is now back at home, recovering with his loving family!
