1 April 2011 – FACE appears on the home page of the on-line magazine Giving Scene with an article about our upcoming event, Bags & Baubles.  This magazine acknowledges the hard work and dedication that local San Diegans put into their community, especially for not-for-profit organizations.  Marie Tahan Daniels, founder of Giving Scene, wrote a wonderful article about FACE’s need for donations of gently loved designer handbags, so that they may be auctioned off at Bags & Baubles.  The funds raised will provide financial assistance to families that cannot afford the entire cost of their pets’ emergency veterinary care.
