Announcing Our New Executive Director: Stephanie Coolidge

Executive Director Leadership Transition

After over 8 years of admirable service with our organization, Danae Davis is stepping down from the position of Executive Director at FACE Foundation. We will always be thankful for her dedication and commitment to serving the pets and families of our community. Danae is taking on a new role as Executive Director of an organization helping the pets of people experiencing homelessness. We wish Danae continued success as a leader working in animal welfare and helping families.

While we are sad to see Danae go, we are delighted to announce the arrival of FACE’s new Executive Director, Stephanie (Steph) Coolidge. While new to this position, she is no stranger to FACE; Steph is a long-time supporter and we could not think of a better person to fill this role. Steph has served on our Advisory Board for 4 years and recently joined the Board of Directors, providing insight and guidance into the strategic direction of the organization. She has also worked alongside us through her role as Hospital Director at La Jolla Veterinary Hospital for the past 16 years. She has proven her dedication to pets in need through her decades-long career and volunteer work in the San Diego animal community. We are so excited to see the great things she accomplishes in her new role as Executive Director at FACE Foundation!
