Stash McCollough

It was our pleasure to welcome Stash McCollough as FACE’s new Executive Director in March, 2024. Her 20 years of leading values-based business operations will be an asset as she steps up to lead the organization into its next exciting chapter. A graduate of SDSU’s Fowler School of Business (MBA), Stash has deep roots in San Diego, where she has held executive-level leadership positions in both non-profit and corporate/private environments. She joins FACE after serving as the Director of Guest Service Operations at the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance’s Safari Park for many years. Before that, she spent 10 years living and working in the Hawaiian Islands where she earned a BA from Hawaii Pacific University. Stash is a passionate believer in the power of the animal-human bond and a dedicated animal welfare advocate.

She loves living in San Diego with her two sons, their newest rescue puppy, Freya, and two bottle-raised rescue cats, Dragon and Angel. She also embraces the role of “auntie” to many rescue horses! We are thrilled that Stash brings a unique blend of experience in business and animal welfare to lead expanded impact in San Diego and beyond as FACE expands its reach and incredible work to the Hawaiian Islands.
