“Tigg” is a big boy with lots of personality! Shortly after moving to the area with his loving family, Tigg swallowed a ball that became lodged in his intestine and surgery to remove it was going to cost thousands of dollars. Normally his family would have managed but they had just spent their savings on a security deposit and first month’s rent for their new home. Without emergency vet care Tigg did not have much time, so his human dad reached out to numerous organizations seeking financial assistance. Fortunately, he heard about the FACE Foundation and quickly applied for a grant to save his best friend’s life. FACE was thrilled to have been able to team up with Save-A-Life partner Pet Emergency & Specialty Center to help this family save Tigg!
