This Darling dachshund Maya was diagnosed with IVDD, a disc disease common in doxi’s that can quickly cause them to be permanently paralyzed if left untreated. Maya belongs to a single woman who cares for her elderly mother. She couldn’t afford the costly surgery needed to save her sweet pup, but couldn’t bear to lose her. Fortunately, FACE was able to help Maya get the surgery she needed to save her legs, and her life.
