Laina

This adorable puppy is “Laina!” She and her “dad” found themselves in need of assistance from FACE when she broke her little leg and required emergency surgery. Her dad had recently stopped working with the military and was now a full-time student and had 2 part time jobs. He was barely making enough to support himself and Laina so when he saw the surgery estimate he was shocked. He hated to consider what would need to be done if he couldn’t find a way to pay for Laina’s surgery. Luckily, the Veterinary Specialty Hospital is FACE’s Save-A-Life partner and they referred him to our foundation. After submitting the application, we are happy to report that Laina was approved for FACE funding and was able to get her surgery!
