Meet Carti! This adorable rescued mini poodle had a leg fracture and needed surgery ASAP, but his parents spent all they had on his lab work and x-rays, and just couldn’t afford the cost of his emergency surgery. With the help of our generous donors and Life Sponsor Larry & Tiki Spitcaufsky/Hooters of San Marcos, we were able to provide a grant to get Carti the surgery he needed!
