Meet “Brownie!” This chocolate Labrador belongs to a full-time student who works as an office assistant to make ends meet. One day, his human mom came home to find her sweet boy with a major injury. Upon examination with his vet, it was determined Brownie had a broken jaw and needed emergency surgery to repair this painful condition. The unexpected cost was more than she could afford and she dreaded thinking about what would happen if she could not find the funds in time. Brownie was in pain as she scrambled to find help. At the last hour, Brownie’s mom applied with the FACE Foundation and we were able to team up with Save-A-Life partner California Veterinary Specialists to fund the surgery and save Brownie’s life!
