Cute little Milbert is a two year old Dachshund who got into a bit of trouble recently when he ingested some feminine products and got an intestinal blockage.

Milbert needed life-saving emergency surgery, but his mom only just recently found a new job after being unemployed during the pandemic, and she was unable to afford the full cost of his operation.

Thanks to a FACE grant, Milbert was able to get the surgery he needed and is now back at home recovering with his mom!
