Hloya is FACE’s first Ukrainian refugee pet success story! This sweet Maine Coon kitten made the long journey from Ukraine to San Diego with her loving family, giving them affection and comfort during this difficult time.

Unfortunately, Hloya escaped from their new home and returned with a fractured leg. Her family reached out to FACE and we were so happy to be able to provide our new neighbors with a financial grant for surgery to repair Hloya’s leg.

As you can see, this sweet girl is back at home and recovering, with lots of cuddles, with her family!
