FACE Featured on CBS News 8 to Discuss $20K Grant from Petco Love

We are thrilled to report that FACE recently received a generous $20,000 grant from Petco Love Foundation to help fund cancer treatments for pets in the San Diego region and in Oahu.

Although FACE’s primary mission is to help pets in need of emergency care, with the support from both Petco Love and our wonderful FACE community, we can also help pets like brave search & rescue dog Bart, who has finished two rounds of radiation treatments and is ready to get back on the job! FACE’s Executive Director, Stash McCollough, along with Bart’s Mom Debbie sat down with CBS News 8 to discuss the Petco Love grant, Bart’s progress, and FACE’s mission to help save pets from economic euthanasia.

Because cancer treatments can be very expensive, FACE started a matching campaign in order to help more pets struggling with cancer. Thanks to our generous donors, we’ve raised nearly $7,000 towards our $20,000 goal as of July 31st.
