Summer is a great time to spend cooking and eating outdoors. Backyard barbecues are fun, but if you have pets around, it’s important to take a few simple BBQ safety precautions.
The emergency and critical care vets at Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine have created a video with some BBQ safety tips for pet owners.
All kinds of summer foods can be potentially dangerous to pets…including grapes in fruit salad, chocolate in s’mores, and bones or wooden skewers in grilled meats.
