Matías

This sweet little chihuahua is Matías, pictured here with his bestie! While walking in the park, Matías was approached by another dog. An altercation left Matías with trauma, surface wounds, and a broken pelvis. His injuries were treatable with hospitalization and surgery, but because his family could not afford it, he risked euthanasia. Upon hearing their financial troubles, the team at Veterinary Specialty Hospital referred the family to apply to FACE. Thanks to a gift from our friends at Ruggable, Matías has been saved!
