Boe is a 4-year-old Chihuahua who got into a good bit of trouble recently. He escaped his yard by digging under the fence and then had a rough encounter with a coyote.

Boe sustained a serious leg injury that required amputation. His family was unable to afford his critical veterinary treatment due to job and health setbacks of their own.

Thanks to a FACE grant, Boe was able to get the surgery he needed and is now a happy little “tripod” pup, doing well and back with his family.
