Shadow

Meet Shadow! This young 1.5-year-old pup has had a rough year – he had emergency spinal surgery in early 2021, and last month he lost all sensation in his legs. He needed another emergency surgery to be able to walk again.

Shadow’s “mom” is a military service member. She already spent her savings on Shadow’s first surgery earlier this year; even her 16 year old sister got a 2^nd job just to help pay for his medical bills. In debt and no where else to turn, they applied for assistance through FACE and we were able to provide a financial grant to help Shadow get the surgery he needed!
