Small Breed Rescue of Southern California is an all-volunteer, non-profit, foster-based organization. They are dedicated to rescuing small breed dogs, small reptiles and select exotic pets primarily from public shelters and other rescues. Small Breed Rescue is committed to the welfare of the animals beyond the adoption process by providing education, training tips, resource references, and an open door policy to their adopters.
About the Presenter: Michelle Meschko
Michelle Meschko is the Founder of Small Breed Rescue of Southern California and has been in animal welfare since 2003 where she began working at the RSPCA in Queensland, Australia. Michelle has worked hands-on and on the tech side of animal rescue with Shelter Buddy, San Diego Humane Society, and Finding Rover.
