Meet FACE grantee “Quinn” and her adorable puppies! Not too long ago, Quinn surprised her “mom” when her vet discovered she was pregnant. Already a single mother to three kids, Quinn’s pet parent had not anticipated more puppies. She soon found out that Quinn was unable to birth the puppies on her own and needed surgery to save her life and the lives of her unborn babies. Her mind was instantly racing as she weighed her options. Quinn would not survive without surgery and her puppies were in more danger with every minute that passed. She knew she could not afford the surgery on her own but she was determined to find a way to save Quinn. Lucky for her, California Veterinary Specialists are FACE Save-A-Life partners and they suggested she apply for assistance. FACE is thrilled to have been able to help save Quinn and her pups!
