Pedro

“Pedro” is a vivacious little Terrier with a big appetite! His appetite got him in trouble one day when a chicken bone became lodged in his throat. Pedro’s human mom had to pay for several failed procedures until the only option left was surgery. By this point, she had nothing left to give. She hated the thought of Pedro suffering simply because she was financially tapped. The hospital, Pet Emergency & Specialty Center, is a Save-A-Life partner and referred this little guy to the FACE Foundation. Thankfully, we were able to approve his “mom” for an emergency grant so Pedro could get his operation and be chicken-bone-free!
