Mia G.

“Mia” is a 4 year old Puggle who has a terrible habit of snacking on things that are very harmful to her. On multiple occasions her human mom has caught her eating pants and sneaking candy bars! One day, Mia got very sick and it turns out she had a foreign body that required surgery to be removed. Both of Mia’s “parents” worked and were in school, and were struggling with student loan debts, vet bills, and saving up for a wedding. They also supported Mia’s “grandma” who was unemployed. They didn’t have many options and couldn’t fathom letting Mia die slowly. They turned to FACE and were delighted at the news that FACE was able to pay for Mia’s surgery!
