Stephanie has been with La Jolla Veterinary Hospital since 2006. She attended culinary art school and still spends as much free time as possible cooking. She surprisingly found her calling at La Jolla Veterinary Hospital when she discovered a passion for applying her background in hospitality to the veterinary field. She loves people just as much as animals and cares desperately about her client’s happiness and their experience at her veterinary practice. Her background outside of the veterinary industry has facilitated a fresh approach to both the care of the patients and her clients experience. She eagerly implements a very technologically-progressive culture within the business by utilizing client communication technology that is well beyond the expectations of even the millennial generation of the veterinary industry. She believes the key to a successful animal practice is practicing the best medicine possible and being efficient all while maintaining a high-touch and ultra-compassionate environment. Her belief that the employees should be the number one priority of a practice frees her employees to host a positive and calm experience for both the client and their beloved pets. Her partner and their daughter have two rescue dogs named “Broccoli” and “Piggie.” She is also very involved in the non-profit animal industry and enjoys fostering kittens for local rescue groups.
