Lisa Hertz

Lisa has been writing the FACE Foundation blog since July 2014. With Master’s degrees in English and Library and Information Science, she has been a librarian for many years, and is currently working as a freelance writer. Originally from New Jersey, Lisa has also lived in Pennsylvania and Colorado before relocating to San Diego in early 2014. Prior to joining FACE, she volunteered for several animal welfare organizations and cat rescue groups, including St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center in NJ and the Bucks County (PA) SPCA. She is delighted to be part of the FACE team and help spread the word about the good work they do through the blog. Lisa is enjoying her new home in San Diego, which she shares with her husband and two Norwegian Forest Cats, Milo and Dimitri.
