What is the Save-A-Life Program?

This amazing program is a collaborative effort between FACE and local veterinary hospitals to save the lives of family pets facing “economic euthanasia.” Sadly, many pets with a good prognosis are euthanized solely due to their owner’s inability to afford their critical or life-saving care.

FACE partners with more than 200 veterinary hospitals throughout San Diego County, and 52 hospitals in Oahu!

How does it work?

Clients complete the FACE grant Application.

Applications are reviewed, and then grants are paid directly to our partner hospitals on behalf of approved patients.

In return, Save-A-Life partners provide a 25% discount on “FACE cases” and help fundraise for FACE (even donation jars help!).

Why should you participate?

FACE will help you save the lives of your patients!

Partners will never have to euthanize an otherwise healthy patient again.

FACE publicizes its partners regularly through news stories, social media, and events.
