Stacy Steel Stacy Steel Executive Director
X Executive Director Stacy Steel Stacy Steel brings over 18 years of experience in pet welfare to the FACE Foundation. Working for non-profits that benefit animals has been a lifelong passion for Stacy. Starting during her college years as a "feline and canine specialist", she has progressed into roles as an adoption center manager, volunteer coordinator, shelter manager, director of operations, and executive director for several "cutting edge" animal welfare organizations. Additionally, she spent several years working for internationally respected animal pharmaceutical companies, promoting animal health. She is thrilled and honored to bring her skills and passion for animals to the FACE Foundation. Outside of work she enjoys hot yoga, tennis and spending time with her precious local rescue dog Yogi.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Behavior, and wrote her thesis on Personality Traits and Attitudes toward Animal Welfare. Claire Brooks Claire Brooks Program Services and Gift Manager
X Program Services and Gift Manager Claire Brooks Claire Brooks graduated from Saint Mary's College of California with a degree in Communication. She has been an animal-lover her entire life, beginning when she tried to convince her parents that she was a dog when she was in preschool. Starting off in the FACE Foundation's internship program, Claire is now excited to be on board as a full-time staff member. The thing she enjoys most about working for FACE is hearing the stories and seeing the photos of the hundreds of family pets that the Foundation has saved. In her spare time she enjoys reading, listening to music, and playing with her rescue dog, Teddy, and two cats, Zoey and Tyrone. She has been the loving pet-parent to many pets in her life, ranging from a bunny, dogs, cats, fish, a bird, betta fish, and even rats! Claire can't imagine life without pets, and hopes to help FACE continue their mission of saving pets and helping families.
